hey, i’m 18, and getting kicked out of the house. i just got out of treatment, and i’ve made a couple bad decisions. i need a fresh start anyways, and this could be just that. a few needs i’m looking for in a place to stay are: lgbt/lgbt friendly roommates (I’m gay, myself), rent under 750/month before utilities, and being within 3 miles of avalon, as that’s where i work. some preferences include: 420 friendly, progressive beliefs, and just people who are willing to talk.
