Room is furnished with a bed, tv, tv stand and a couple other modest furnishings. A cat lives in the apartment. His name is Peach and he is very friendly.

The complex has a pool, gym and clubhouse as well as access to the palisades hiking trail. The community also sometimes holds events like parties. If you use the MARTA there are two bus stops in front of the property. One line heads to the Marietta transfer center and the other goes to the Cumberland transfer center.
