I have available unfurnished 100 sq ft bedroom (with portable a/c) and separate bathroom with parking available. Townhouse features a kitchen, dining and living room, washer and dryer, and wrap around patio.

Villa Portofino Community is a safe neighborhood that has a large park, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, BBQ area, pool, jacuzzi, all within walking distance. It is conveniently located with grocery stores, and convenience stores within walking distance and easy access to 15 and 52 freeways.

I am looking for someone who is reliable, working or retired (must show income) clean, picks up after themselves, good/open communication, and who pays rent on time. Also, MUST love dogs!

I currently have a small (24 lb.) male dog. I may consider another dog but only after a meet and greet with both dogs to ensure both animals get along. Your dog MUST be spayed or neutered with no exceptions and additional $100 deposit.
