Looking for a short-term renter wanting to join a clean, quiet, and cozy home in Central Park (3 bed, 2 bath, 2nd floor unit). This posting is a 3-month lease for a one room in a 3 bed house. It’s perfect for people trying to see if Denver is a good fit for them/travel nurses/students!
Move in starting February 16 (but flexible give or take a few days). Lease ends May 31st.
Rent is $1000/month per room excluding utilities which will be split equally each month. Common areas are fully furnished along with the kitchen, but your private bedroom will need your own bed and lamp. House is not dog/cat friendly but there are plants everywhere!
Preference to someone working mostly in person.
We’re really well located on a quiet street. We’re a 5 minute walk from King Sooper’s, the Central Park Farmer’s Market, the Fred Newton Park and a handful of linear parks with biking and running paths. 15 minutes to City Park and 18 minutes to downtown Denver. The home has really great natural lighting and it’s a great space to relax or snuggled up with the fire!
Rent includes internet, garbage, and water.
