Room will be available most likely Jan 1,2023 Private master bedroom with ensuite that’s UNFURNISHED! Guest/Dining room for use. You must supply your own internet, I tether my phone as a modem to stream movies, tv shows etc etc you can do the same as long as you have a 5G phone.

Move in requirements 700 plus 300 cleaning deposit that you get back as long as there’s no damage to the place. Proof of income and employment or pay 3 months upfront!

We’re 2 minutes from West Coast famous in-n-out . The UNLV, Harry Reid airport and Thomas and Mack center are within 5 minutes or so of a drive! We are approximately 6 minutes from the strip.

Must know info, The Condo is on the second floor above a carport, so you will not hear footsteps. Very quiet for the most part. Quiet hours are after 10 to 11pm till 9 or 10am. Wed morning there are landscapers with blowers from 9am till 12pm I am 420 Friendly however you’ll have to smoke it on the patio that’s what my roommate does presently.

The Condo is located on a cul-de-sac with parking in the carport or parking in the street. The neighbors are great and they stick to themselves! Also we have a 9 foot pool for your use in the summer months!

You will have usage of the kitchen most of the time it will be one person at a time. Also use of the washer and dryer. Finally I am 2 minutes to the bus stop.
