I have a two bedroom, 1 bath apartment/townhouse. It's upstairs, but I am above the carport. It's a safe neighborhood with kind neighbors and plenty of parking available. Laundry is at the bottom of the stairs and there's a storage room in the carport. Trash, water and pool are included. APS and WiFi are sperate. I have one cat named Leia who is super sweet. Rent would be $650. House is already furnished, minus some patio furniture I need to get. It's across the street from a grocery store, restaurants and business as well as some beautiful mountains!
