Hey, my name is Róise and I'm 28 years old. I'm from Scotland/Ireland and I will be moving to New York for a year in August to study Filmmaking at the School of Visual Arts. I will be out of the house a lot as my classes are in the evening and I'm planning to make the most of my time in New York.

I'm looking for someone really nice to live with who is happy to chat in the evenings/maybe cook the occasional meal with. I'm also good at keeping myself entertained, so I promise you'll have your own space too.

I'd be happy to introduce you to Irish/Scottish culture and I'm always up for a pub night. Equally, if you want to show me the ropes of New York, I'd love that. I like cosy nights in too and I'm a big reader, hiker, runner. I also play the fiddle (although I don't have to play it in the flat if that will annoy you!).
