Payton G - $1,500/month

Hello my name is Payton! I am a 25 year old, soon to be a licensed esthetician living in Washington currently. I am looking to move with my dog and cat towards May or June of 2023. I am looking to find a spa to work at and a comfortable place to live for 6 months to a year lease. I am extremely down to earth and friendly. I am very clean but not overly OCD. I don't mind my roommate having friends over at all but parties all the time aren't something I would like. I am not at all an uptight person by any means! I don't mind sharing a TV or furniture in living room. I'd be moving completely empty (no furniture) so I would be willing to pay half for a living room set! I will be working full time for sure. So, I wont be home a lot during the week. But my dog will be kept in kennel when I am gone and my cat is litter box trained. Overall, I am just looking for a girl close to my age who I feel comfortable around and who is more easy going and not afraid to have a conversation about who is taking trash out, etc. I don't mind if my roommate smokes weed but at least does it in their room or airs it out in the living room. I do like the place to look presentable but it doesn't need to be perfect. Like a dish or two in the sink doesn't bother me but trash all over the counter does.
