Duplex in the heart of the west village

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to fill an empty room in our spacious west village duplex. The apartment has a large living room area downstairs and has bathrooms on both floors. The kitchen area has plenty of counter space, relatively new appliances, and a dishwasher. The available room is on the top floor and has one wall of exposed brick and 2 windows facing the street. The current occupant has a queen size bed in the room.
