Rook L - $2,000/month

I am an incoming graduate student at NYU this fall. I am looking for one or two LGBT-friendly roommates to get an apartment with sometime in August.
My budget is < $2,000/mo but I can go slightly above it if necessary.
I’m looking at places in Prospect Heights and Park Slope right now, but anywhere where I can easily get to the NYU Game Center [which is right next to NYU Tandon School of Engineering] is fine.

I’m pet friendly but cursed to be allergic to anything with fur. I’d rather live with someone who doesn’t smoke weed on account of the smell, no judgement but I don’t want to live with it. As for a bit of info on myself, I draw, play dnd + video games, like knowing things about animals, and would be more excited about exploring if a plague wasn’t going on.
