Hello! My partner and I are looking to rent out our spare bedroom! We're both musicians, so we like our apartment to be a great, creative space!
The apartment is a spacious two bedroom, two bath third floor walk up located in Mid-Wilshire/ Ktown right near the awesome, very quiet walking neighborhood of Hancock Park! We are just 2 blocks off of Wilshire Blvd.
15 minutes to downtown,
20 to the beach,
a quick jog to Beverly Hills,
10-15 min to Hollywood,
Everything is super close!
Rooftop access with awesome views of downtown, the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign; plenty of street parking!
The room is a perfect size for one person, including a sizable closet space and additional storage. It is the only unfurnished area of our unit; rent is $1000/month and there is a refundable deposit.
Must love cats, though we are already at capacity and sadly cannot accept additional animals. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and COVID safe. Please, no conservatives. Not interested in living with anyone who believes we deserve less than equal rights.
