Ridgewood Loft share

hello!

Looking for a new flatmate in my ridgewood loft-like apt april 1st. duration flexible. 2nd floor of a townhome. technically a 3br, but one room is smaller and used as an office or guest br when needed. one neighbor downstairs. giant lightly furnished bedroom, shared office, shared bathroom, huge kitchen, W/D. dishwasher being installed soon. I have a dog and a cat that are super friendly, but probably no other pets allowed. maybe another kitty.

the bedrooms sit at opposite sides of the apt. private stairwell inside the apt leading to the top floor. this apartment is seriously cool and super well-designed, huge high ceilings, spacious and quiet. lots of old school charm. looking for someone CLEAN, respectful, mature. no drama. i work in the performing arts and event planning. i like being home and relaxing, sharing some wine, cooking, watching movies but definitely respect privacy.

couples definitely considered. this would be a sublet / agreement to potentially joining the official lease in june. open to keeping it flexible. for a solo renter, $2000 (going to $2100 in june). couples $2600 (going to $2800 in june) - again this apt is massive. willing to discuss!

i love it here and plan to stay a long time, looking for a very kind and cool roomie.
