Room to rent, private bedroom

I have a room to rent in a three-bedroom house. A long-term roommate/tenent moved away, and now I am looking for someone to move in. The rent includes all utilities, internet, a private bedroom, and shared bathrooms. There are two cats here; please be cat friendly. Please no more pets. The room is furnished with the essentials. If you wanted or needed anything added to the room, that you want me to buy, we would pick it out and then order it.
Furnished items: bed, desk, tv, dresser
The other two rooms are filled with myself and one other. Both gay males 20's and 30's have professional jobs.

Parking: street or side of driveway

Security deposit: yes
Prefer gay males only and no smokers; this helps keep a positive flow in the house. Preferred age 23-45.

The rent does include internet. There is wired and wireless in all the rooms.
The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All my neighbors are cool or retired. I try not to raise the rent for those that stay long-term; the longest roommate I had was 4.5 years.
