We are two friends looking for a great person to join our incredible Park Slope apartment. Enter YOU, the newest member of our home, a spacious 3 bed/1 bath surrounded by all the shops and restaurants on 7th Ave. as well as a short walk to the F/G train and Prospect Park (get ready for free summer concerts)! The apartment is 420 friendly and overnight guests are welcome with advanced notice.
The available room is 9.5'x6.5' (which includes a good-sized closet), unfurnished, and has a window. The shared space (kitchen and living room) are furnished, open, and very spacious. The shared, full bathroom will take you on a journey from Cape Cod to the Great Barrier Reef (there is some interesting tile-work)!
Rent is $1000/month plus utilities & wifi (around $70/month on average). The security deposit is $1050. Move-in date is March 15. The current lease ends May 31, 2019, with possibility of extension. A signed sub-lease will be required for the remainder of the term.
