One person. I am a working professional. Responsible, kind and quiet. I enjoy keeping my home space taken care of. Clean, tidy and organized. No pets. Good neighbor. Open to a room for rent, share rental (studio, mother in law unit) to save money to purchase a home. I enjoy being at the beach, out in nature, cooking, gardening and ministry. Note: I have two children. One adult son age 29 lives in another state and one young adult daughter who will visit during school holiday breaks. If need be my children and I can stay elsewhere during time together! Laid back and flexible i.e friendly, welcome roomies family and friends visiting though no in and out guests at all hours or party houses. No drugs nor drama. Thank you!
