Hello, me and my boyfriend are both students at csulb looking for a room to rent for the spring semester. I have an ESA, she’s very sweet and calm! We want to stay around $1000 for our budget just because the whole point of moving out of dorms was to not spend so much on the meal plan and dorms so we want to try to stay around there.
