I'm looking for someone who can move in on or around November 1, preferably someone in their 20s. Monthly bills are ~$1200 per person and that includes absolutely everything.

The room is furnished with a queen size bed and mattress and has a walk-in closet, along with a private bathroom. The unit is situated right near the entrance to the complex and the pool is right across the street.
