Howdy folks, recently moved to New York and looking for a good posse to live with by the end of October / beginning of November.

I'm an extremely relaxed music-lover who's started as a bio researcher at Columbia. I've always enjoyed hanging out and cracking wise with my housemates and hoping to keep on the same streak. I keep communal spaces clean (messy room I must admit), I don't have pets, I don't smoke, I drink socially, and I like to play music (quietly) a couple nights a week.

I enjoy having friends over fairly often, and would wholeheartedly give the green light for a party a few times a year. Dogs, cats, smokers, an occasional plate in the sink, introverts, social butterflies; all have a welcome place in our hypothetical ecosystem.
