Hey! I'm Leroy. I am 32 years old. I currently live in New York City. I really want to find a roommate for not only splitting rent/living costs, but also, hopefully, we will be friends...I am looking for a studio, or maybe a one bedroom.

In a roommate, I am looking for a reasonably responsible person (cleans up after themselves, etc...) Ideally, I see myself, in the future, living in Queens. I am extremely co-ed friendly, and therefore, it does not matter whether it is a woman or a man. When it comes to roommates (prospective or otherwise), It DOES NOT MATTER to me if it is a man or a woman. I figure roommates are roommates, right?
