About us: Me: Alyssa (She/Her) 30s working professional. Supernatural nerd (the show, not actual supernatural things), enjoy the outdoors, trying to get into bouldering and roller skating.
I work from home about 4 days a week. I have my own separate lease so you will not have to worry about being tied down with me, haha. I am a homebody so I am at home a lot of the time. I am a social introvert, so I am good at conversation but also giving space. I have friends over from time to time (and give notice to roomies) and dont mind if you invite folks over as long as you give us a heads up.
The other tenant: Joseph (He/Him) is a professional male in his 40s in law school. He is EXTREMELY respectful, clean and courteous, and one of the best room mates I’ve ever had. He has a daughter who visits about 2 days per month. She is very shy and respectful. He works outside the home and is out and about much more than I am.
We are both working professionals and prefer to live with another professional.

Room for rent starting May 3rd - $820/mo - Utilities not included - 6 mo lease separate from other tenants.
Looking for a clean, respectful housemate. I am allergic to dogs, and room mate is allergic to cats. Other pets ARE allowed, pet deposit $250/pet.
Background check required, to be paid by tenant.
About the rooms/house:
Bedroom with detached full bathroom (shared with guests (rare) but not with roommates, so mostly-private) ($820/mo). Utilities split per person (about $125/person/mo).
The house is located in Windsor Hills 78753, 15-20 minutes from Downtown Austin, The Domain, Q2 Stadium and Tech Ridge. Quick access to 35, 183 and Braker Ln.
Backyard: Deck, covered patio, storage sheds Floors, kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher recently upgraded.
Parking in driveway and street.
House rules:
Please be aware of your noise level during the week from 10pm to 7am.
We clean up after ourselves (a little bit of clutter is fine, but dirtiness is not).
We keep the thermostat at around 73 (give or take) during the summer, and 68-72 during the winter.
We are 420 friendly on the condition that any smoking be done outside. Our jobs require periodic drug testing and we want to minimize risks.
When common items run out (paper towels, ac filters, cleaning supplies etc), I purchase new items and we split cost three ways
