My wife is going back to school in California for an unpaid Midwifery internship and staying with family. She could be gone for 6 months up to 2 years. I will be staying in our Centennial townhouse with our 2 friendly cats. My wife and I have lived with many roommates very successfully over the years. We are looking for a roommate who is open minded, kind, financially dependable, and who can respect the home which we own and our pets. It’s roughly 1,100 sq feet, 2 level home and we are finishing a second 1/2 bath on the main floor before move in day. 1 shower/tub will be shared. I have renovated and updated the main floor/kitchen as well. I’m a laid back guy who enjoys relaxing after a day of work by smoking weed (outdoors only, non smoking inside) playing video games and guitar. I own my business and am typically out of the house Mon-Fri 9-5 and sometimes stop by at home for lunch. Our ideal roommate would be someone who can be dependable with rent, comfortable in our home, and who is COVID conscious due to our high risk extended family.
