LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly household. 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Downtown area. Within walking distance to Tejon Street and Wiedner Field. No pets (we already have two cats). In-unit laundry, dishwasher, AC, trash, WI-FI, street parking, backyard, shed, furnished. Laundry room is only accessible through the master bedroom (your room), so we would need to walk through your room to access it. Master bedroom also has its own access to the shared bathroom and a queen-sized mattress with a bedframe
12-month lease that ends next July. Security deposit is already covered, you would just have to pay Octobers rent and send your background information and most recent pay stubs to our landlord.

Hi! We are two girls in our early 20s looking for someone to join our household! We have pretty busy schedules during the week because of school and work, but we love hanging out together when we are home. We’re a pretty laid-back, yet social household- we like to play video games and have craft nights, along with going out for an occasional drink! 🪩
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and easygoing. We definitely enjoy having fun and having friends over, but we also value everyone’s privacy and personal space. We’re hoping to find someone who wants more than just a place to sleep and would genuinely enjoy being part of the household.
We also have one friendly gecko and two very sweet resident cats 🐱, so being comfortable around cats is important.
