Hi friends! I'm looking for a roommate starting July 1st. (The first two months will be month-to-month, with the option to sign a one year lease at the end of the summer). It's a 2-bedroom, 2 bath in Old City, Philadelphia (3rd and Arch), central to restaurants, bars, shops, the navy yard shuttle stop, and penn's landing. Your share of the rent is $1250, water included. (other utilities will be split with me- internet, energy, and gas). Photos are of the apartment unfurnished before I moved in- I can provide more photos when I'm back in Philly on June 8th. The bedroom for rent is the larger bedroom upstairs, but the downstairs bathroom will be primarily yours. (second bathroom is attached to my room). Washer and dryer in unit. No backyard or porch, but the location is so worth it. Other things to note: I'm a 25 year old and have worked here in Philly for Free People for the last 3 years. I have a 35 lb springerdoodle- she's one year old, hypoallergenic, and very sweet. DM for questions!
