Spacious Bedroom (with Private Bathroom and Balcony) in Light Filled Triplex

Hello! We are two roommates looking for a third person to join our 3-bedroom apartment in South Williamsburg. It's a beautiful light-filled triplex with 5 balconies and wonderful views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. The apartment is in a new building with rooftop access, small gym, parking on site, laundry/dryer in-unit, central AC/heating, full kitchen with dishwasher, etc. The available room is on its own floor (it is the only bedroom on the 2nd floor out of 3 floors in the apartment), and the room has a private balcony overlooking Manhattan/Williamsburg as well as a private bathroom (the private bathroom is right next to the room, and each other roommate has their own private bathroom as well). The room is large (comfortably fits a queen bed, desk area, etc.), has a built-in closet and floor to ceiling windows on the side with the balcony.

The apartment is located right near the Williamsburg Bridge and Domino Park, a few minutes walk from the Marcy Ave J-M-Z train and a 10 minute walk to the Bedford Ave L train (it’s one stop to Manhattan on both trains).

About the roommates: Irem and Purba are two friends in their late twenties. We both have professional jobs and are currently working from home during the pandemic. We’re fun-loving, social, and very respectful of each-others' space as well as quiet around sleep/work times. As you can see from the pictures, we’ve put a lot of love into the space and are looking for a roommate to enjoy it with us!

The initial rental term is 1 year with possibility to extend, and the ideal move-in date is February 1st, though both the move-in date and term can be flexible. Reach out if you’re interested in learning more! :)
