My name is Jeff Lindley. I'm looking for a room to rent on a long-term basis. I do have a consistent and a steady income (verifiable). I don't need a car space since I use the bus/train system. I'm a single over 50 white male, have no kids, no spouse, and no pets. I don't smoke at all, and never did drugs, and only drink very lightly, but always away from home. I also have a clean background. I grew up in Los Gatos and graduated from there when it was a lot cheaper to live there! I have lived in the San Jose area and worked as a waiter most of my life. I am very easy-going and friendly with people because I believe that being well mannered goes along way to everyone I meet. In fact, I'm honored to live at people's rentals and clean up after myself out of respect for their property and the other tenants or owners.
