Hi! I'm Sam, a recent Indiana University grad looking for a place to rent or sublet in DC from September through December while I'm interning here. As a roommate, I'd describe myself as chill and easygoing. I keep shared spaces clean and tidy and am pretty calm and quiet day to day. I will be working from home twice a week.

I'd love to get to know my roommates and maybe even become friends, but I also really value my personal time and don't need to be around people constantly. I enjoy cooking and will occasionally host or entertain, but for the most part I keep to myself.
