Hello-
I am seeking a roommate to fill a room in my apartment (2bd-2bth). My roommate is moving out. It is a very nice building in Society Hill. The building has a package room, mail room, space for receipt of dry cleaning, overnight security, a gym, a bike room. The building is full of professionals, i.e. CEOs, Attorneys, Doctors, etc.
The unit has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, all stainless appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Large windows and high ceilings with lots of sunlight and a great view of the city. There is parking available for cost. Easy access to public transportation.
The apartment is a nice size, as it is the available room. The room is not furnished, but the living spaces are.
