My name is Candis and I’m a 37 yr old single white female. My situation is quite different... I currently live and work in Atlanta Georgia but I have recently accepted an offer to work under a practicing veterinarian in the Golden Hill area. I used to live in PB back in 2018 (pre-COVID) so I’m very familiar with the area. I have no kids, no partner, and no pets. Ideally I would be coming at the end of September to move in. I cannot come and view the home but I would like to FaceTime or Zoom to meet and view the home/room. I have enough to make first months rent and a deposit if required. I can verify my employment and I have references as well. I am seeking to solidify a living situation prior to my arrival on the West Coast.
