Julia M - $1,900/month

Hi everyone! I am looking to find some roommates (preferably to search for a 2 or 4 bedroom) with an early August move in date. This year I have been living in Gramercy Park which is an amazing neighborhood but I am open to many locations as long as it is downtown. Looking to keep my monthly rent around $1650 and can be flexible depending on the size of the rooms & amenities (laundry in the building would be a huge plus).

A bit about me- I am 22 and work as an associate in PE research. Currently my job is in person everyday but I occasionally work from home. Last June I moved to NYC after graduating from Hamilton College. During the week I am super career focused and outside of work I love cooking, working out, and hopefully binge watching some tv with my future roommates. On the weekends, I enjoy exploring the city, going to museums, grabbing drinks, and the occasional night out. I am VERY clean and organized so I would definitely like roommates who can maintain a clean common space (not pet friendly as much as I love animals).
