Private back yard and plenty of street parking available.
Rent is $1,000/mo + utils (which would be split evenly). I am seeking a few qualities for any potential roommate:
1.) I mostly keep to myself and prefer a slower pace. My age may be showing here but my party days are done. LAN parties only please.
2.) Stability is key. I expect that rent and utilities are paid on time. Young professionals preferred.
3.) No smoking in the apartment. If you smoke, please do so outside.
