Hello! I’m looking to rent out a large private room at east Harlem area. Preferably long term, but open to consider 5-6 months min. Apartment located on 5th floor of residential building with elevator just 2 min away walking from 110 street 6 train station and 8 min away from 2-3 express trains. You’ll be sharing apartment with another person - myself.
P.S.: my current roommate will take most of her furniture during move out, but so the room will be looking different, but there’ll be couch, queen size bed, two shelfs and a working desk with chair in the room.
