Clean and quiet good vibes private room for rent

There is 1 bedroom for rent in my 2- bedroom good energy, happy apartment. I am looking for one roommate in her late twenties to early thirties who has stable income, is respectful, clean, and feels comfortable not having people over often. The room is spacious, has 2 very large windows with lots of light, 2 closets available for storage, light gray walls, and wood floors.

The apartment is in the heart of Bay Ridge with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, and a laundry mat nearby. The apartment is very close to the R train and buses.

Rent will be $850 per month, security deposit is $850 ($1,700 required to move in). Water and heat is included. We split electricity, internet, and gas between us. The lease is 1 year and starts November 1st. You must provide proof of income, identification, and be able to pass a background check.
