Hi! I'm easy going looking for room-mate to share my 2bd 2ba condo in North Hollywood. I enjoy travel, theater and I love to cook. This is not a party house but I do like to invite guests over from time to time and entertain friends occasionally for holidays or special occasions. The lifestyle info collected here is a little narrow, but I'm a currently a freelance graphic designer who works from home and looking for a regular full-time position as well. I'm not really messy but tend to pile up a little paper and Amazon deliveries from time to time. The maid comes to clean once a month so that helps keep things tidy as well. Most of my room-mates have not helped much with the cleaning in between in the common areas so if you can help with that I would appreciate it!

Share this gorgeous modern 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the North Hollywood arts district with one female roommate and 1 cat. Love to find someone very neat who appreciates a beautiful space. Really nice condo, master bedroom for rent in a great, trendy neighborhood.
Room is available early October, Shown by Appointment. Move in date may be flexible to earlier in October depending on current roommate's move out date.
$1500 per month rent + $150 per month FLAT RATE for utilities/services includes - ALL utilities, hi-speed wireless internet, netflix/amazon/hulu and on Smart TV, cable, Tivo and HBO Now (in living room), and monthly MAID service.
Lease: 6 or 12 month

Parking: Street Parking, not a main street.

More Info: I am a very easy going female, seeking a quiet, clean, considerate roommate as this is not a party house. No Smoking, No Drugs, No drama. Please no additional pets at this time. I am considering bringing a dog into the family as well over the next year so you should be dog-friendly, but a dog walker/sitter would be hired to assist in care should that happen.
About the the Room: The Private Master Bedroom which is completely furnished with Queen sized newer memory foam mattress with a platform bed, nightstand, desk with attached bookshelf, desk chair, tall dresser w/ drawers, and has a large closet with shelf space, curtains, rug, lamps, and art. It has a private connected bathroom with Marble shower and Jacuzzi tub and modern glass sink/vanity. Will provide linens, bedding, and towels if needed, they are stored in the room. Room is wired for a private telephone line if you want to order your own phone. Bedroom is approximately 12ft X 14 ft with large 12ft wide closet. Wired for cable, with LCD Smart TV included and extended basic cable is also included.
Share common areas: living room and modern kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances. Clothes washer in unit, ventless dryer (not great for full loads but great for de-wrinkling!, I'll explain how to use dryer). Additional laundry is onsite at the building. Smart TV/DVD/tivo in living room. Secured building with access via the living room telephone to allow your guests to enter.

* Unit is in a quiet building not on a main street on the 1st floor and has a balcony facing a side street.
