Looking for someone to take over my spot in this house in Olde Town Arvada! Great neighborhood that's walking distance to restaurants, shops and an RTD station, and 15 minutes from downtown Denver. It's around $900 per month plus utilities (Less than $100/month). Available anytime between late August and early October.

It’s a 4 bed, 3.5 bath home that you'd be sharing the house with 3 girls in their mid 20s.The house has a garage, 2 living rooms, a fenced in yard, patio, and tons of storage space. It's available anytime between late August and early October. Your room shares a Jack + Jill bathroom with one other girl, and you will get a garage spot to park in.

The other girls in the house all around 25 years old and are super friendly and considerate. Maddy is a sustainability analyst, Alanis is getting her PhD, and Mia is a dental assistant. they enjoy being outdoors, exploring Denver, reading, and hanging out with friends. They’d be happy to chat if you’re hanging out in the common spaces but if you prefer keeping to yourself that’s totally fine too. We like keeping common areas clean and generally keep the house pretty quiet but occasionally have friends over and watch TV together sometimes.
