Hi! I am an incoming transplant from Austin Texas to be closer to my immediate family before I leave the country for school in July.

With how little I'm able to bring with me, I am only able to negotiate with furnished rooms ABP.

Full transparency: 2024 was a horrible year that had taken quite literally everything from me, so I’m hoping being closer to my immediate family again combined other the change of scenery will boost the momentum of the paradigm shift that is my life’s current dynamic state.

Currently, I am freelancing while I work on a number of personal business ventures to establish multiple streams of residual income for myself moving forward. However I do plan on acquiring a remote 9-5 for income security once I’m settled in. Until then, my rent will be paid via my loving Mother and Sister - so I assure you this isn’t a reach for a hand out from someone at the cost of their own financial security.
