Available Room for Rent

Hello! My roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to fill her spot starting March 1st. The apartment is in the city park/ park hill area, and you’d also be living with my 2 sweet kitties. 🐱

I’m looking for a female roommate, preferably late 20s/30s that’s tidy and wants a chill living space.

$900 a month which includes internet and then electric on top of that. Electric varies during the year and the past couple months have been less than $30 total.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom so we would have to share the bathroom. The living and dining room are spacious with SO much natural light. Kitchen is updated w/ a dishwasher, there’s tons of storage closets, washer and dryer in the building, bike storage downstairs, easy parking, and it’s in walking distance to some restaurants/bars/coffee shops.
