I am extremely considerate as a person and as a roommate. I keep all common areas neat and clean. I like to have small company, but I will always ask first. So, in general I try to be respectful of you and your needs, not just mine. I'm looking for someone that I can grow a friendship with, not just share a space. I love animals, but have none of my own, so bonus if you have a pup (or want to get one). I enjoy watching TV, my favorite is Game of Thrones. I like all types of music. I like going out and being social, but am in no way a party animal (though it's fine if you are). I like working out and eating healthy, and I’m always down for face masks and wine. I work at a finance firm in Midtown - my hours are 7:30-5:30. I currently live on the UES and would be happy to stay there, but also open to other areas of Manhattan. Move in date is flexible.
