Plenty of closet space throughout the unit. Charming 1900s bungalow converted into 4 units. Large backyard for entertaining and two porches for our unit. Also, I have a garage, if you need to store a few items. You also get two small fridges, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. Plenty of street parking. Easy going male in 50’s, been there 10+ years, looking for a clean, responsible, and employed roommate. I am not much of a partier, work most of the time and enjoy the beach and volleyball. If you are a drinker/partier, play loud music, etc…., the place is not for you. It is a quiet, safe family neighborhood. Non-smokers preferred. Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. All utilities included. Office desk, small desk, 6 drawer chest, bookshelf, bed and mattress, and small fridge inside the room.
