Hello , we will be having a room available coming April 1st in Sunrise, Fl. I live with my boyfriend and our two cats and we live pretty lowkey lives mostly staying at home, watching shows/movies and playing video games. Your bathroom would be right next to your room door but it is technically the guest bathroom of the house. To be transparent, you would be taking over our old roommates lease position so you would still have to go through the application process they do here which includes a credit check, income check and background check. Which also requires at the minimum a $200 fee (which includes the application fee itself plus deposit fee based on credit).
