Room available in central Barrhaven near public transit, Walmart and all shopping amenities. Home is shared and includes your own bedroom, bathroom, and own basement with gas fireplace. There is a BBQ and fenced backyard. The kitchen is shared. The 3rd bedroom is taken by my teenage daughter who lives there every other week, but she also works and does her own thing. I have a dog who is well behaved and does not bark so unfortunately, I do not want any other pets. Plenty of storage available. First and last month required. Bills are extra and are roughly $130-$210 each per month. Looking for a non-smoker who is quiet and respectful. Looking for a single person who will not be having their boyfriend/girlfriend pretty much living there. I am a young working professional working full time. I walk my dog and garden.
