We are: Two male late 20's professionals. Pretty career focused and very responsible. E is 28 years old, works in healthcare, enjoys working out. Speaks Spanish fluently, loves nature, was born and raised in NYC.
D is 28, some Spanish, not fluent, also born and raised in NYC, currently works in finance. Likes to dance, workout, and train martial arts. We both work from home and are home for the majority of the day.

Our place is pretty well situated between multiple eateries, grocery stores and parks. (trader joes, whole foods, smiths, coleman park, woofter family park, pioneer park and more) walking 20min, driving 10mins or less.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and communicative. You'll have your own private room and bathroom, we have a very spacious garage that we are slowly turning into a gym. Spacious back patio and a medium sized pool + spa. Communication is a must and the ability to talk through any conflict that arises is imperative. Credit and background check to be done after a month of living together. A month grace period for us to get to know each other and make sure we are all a stable fit.

First month rent and deposit. Move in by Dec 1st. Texting/email is best.
