Hi Everyone!

I currently have 2 rooms available in Mission-Dolores area available starting April 1st! The lease is 6 months with month to month after.

The 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious, with a big kitchen and living room area. The apartment is located off th and Guerrero, only a block from Dolores park, minute walk to Castro and walking distance to Bart/bus transport.
There is one shared bathroom with full shower/bath and one toilet room.
Kitchen has plenty of cabinet, fridge and pantry space. I also have basic essentials stocked such pots, pans, dishware and other kitchen accessories I absolutely don’t mind sharing. Unfortunately there is no laundry on but there are 2 very safe/affordable laundromats only a block away.
This apartment is also very animal friendly and safe space for anyone in the LGBTQ community.

About myself:
I’m Jake, year old male who shares my space with my little Aussie! I work as a vet tech in the area. Some of my hobbies include running, playing board games, cooking, and going out with friends.

Room 1:
This room is the smallest of the 3 but definitely good size! The bed in this room is a full size if you are wanting your bed set up against the window as shown in the picture above. Also includes a good amount of closet space. This is priced at $1270/month with a Deposit of $2000
Total move in cost for this room is: $3270.

Room 2:
This room definitely has more space with good closet space as well. This room is priced at $1365/month with a deposit of $2000.
Total move in cost for this room is $3365.

Utilities: Gas/electric is usually about $50-100 each depending how much we use the heater. Wi-Fi is around $25 each.
