Room for rent in our West Hollywood house. $1500 including utilities. Month to month lease (with 30 days notice), but ideally looking for a long term roommate. Room is available December 1st (can be slightly flexible on the date). Room is unfurnished besides a dresser and a wardrobe closet (but can be completely unfurnished also)
The room is 10x 12 with private entrance through backyard and private bathroom. Washer and Dryer in the kitchen. One parking spot in the driveway (tandem) or street parking with no permit needed.
My boyfriend and I live here with our two dogs (so must like dogs). We are looking for somebody who is easy going and relatively clean. We are taking Covid precautions seriously and are looking for somebody who is on the same page with that.
