My routine is pretty simple and focused on work and fitness. I usually wake up early and spend most of my day at the gym since I work there as a trainer and also create fitness content.

I may come back home occasionally during the day for short breaks or to eat, but most of my time is spent working, training, or filming content outside. In the evenings I usually come back home to rest and sleep.

Overall, I live a healthy and active lifestyle and I’m generally quiet and respectful at home.
