Hey! I will be working full-time in midtown Manhattan from late June, but I would consider starting leases any time between mid-June to late August.

I don't consider myself a germaphobe, but I like keeping things clean and somewhat in order. My current roommates and I keep a whiteboard of household items we need to purchase in rotation. We also keep our hands off others' groceries and food, and I am looking for roommates who can do the same.

I like cooking when things aren't busy. I want to note that I'm Korean, but I don't like eating kimchi out of the jar. So you won't be smelling that, haha.

I'm not huge on parties and like to relax when I'm home. I like socializing but it's more on a battery-basis, and home is where I recharge that social battery. If I go to a party on a Friday night, you probably won't see me come out of my room much on Saturday lol
