Seeking a female roommate to rent one bedroom in a two-bedroom one bathroom apartment located on the first floor. The living room, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen are shared. These rooms are furnished. The available bedroom shown in the picture will be unfurnished and has a closet with a built in dresser inside the closet. There is available parking within the apartment complex (one car will have to park behind the other). There is an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment is gated and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is walking distance from the beach and a short car ride from Pine Ave. Total expenses come out to $1,300 a month. This includes rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking. I am looking for a responsible, clean, and drama free female roommate who can keep up with monthly expenses.
