Looking for a mature professional roommate on first week in December 2020 in a town home in the Aurora neighborhood. Furnished basement bedroom including Queen bed, bathroom, walking closet, small living area with a desk, chair, recliner and a 32" Flat Screen TV. Use of living room with larger flat screen TV and/common areas, laundry room with new washer and dryer and kitchen. The listing includes use of separate refrigerator and services of cleaning lady twice a month to dust and vacuum. Cleaning lady will change bed/bath linens and wash them for small token fee. Guest are welcome but no more than 7 days. The cost of gas and electricity is negotiable. If they increase dramatically we will need to split the cost. Home is Security Camera wired and Wi Fi ready. Cable box rental is available and requires a $10 monthly fee. Any additional movie channels will need to be paid by you. Deposit of $350.00 and 1st month are required at the time of move in. Location by Parker and Yale. Location is 2 miles from 225 Hwy and 10 minutes from 25 Hwy either North or South. 25 minutes to airport or downtown Denver. I prefer mature individuals with no drama, thoughtfulness and consideration will go along way. No smoking, drugs, 420, and/or edible or noxious smells of any kind allowed. I would prefer no one coming in an out at all hours of the night. I would like to keep my place as a safe heaven for me and you. You: Employed, easy going, drug free, non smoker. I am hoping preferably professionals that keep neat and clean up after themselves wherever they find themselves in the house. Your room, your business.
