Hey y'all, I have a room in Ridgewood, Queens NY 11385 available starting 3/1/24. It’s $1,066 /mo + utilities (utilities are about $100-$115/mo). Apartment features include L-Shaped Kitchen, washer / dryer in-unit, dishwasher, multiple skylights, high ceilings, security doorbell system, and balcony. The bedroom is 9 x 11 feet, and has its own bathroom.

This would be a yearlong lease, March 1st 2024 - Feb 2025. Your yearly income needs to be at least 40x the rent, guarantors are also accepted.

We are 2 blocks from Bushwick, Brooklyn, 6 min from the Dekalb L train and 12 min from the Seneca M, and right next to a grocery store. We’re on the border of Queens and Brooklyn. We are a 20 minute subway ride from 1st Ave L (Manhattan NYC). Both roommates are 420, LGBT friendly, and vaxxed+boosted. No cats or dogs please, as one roommate is allergic.

A little bit about your potential roommates:
M (F, 22): I work in education. I am from upstate NY and have lived in NYC for the past 5 years. In my free time I enjoy making art, shopping, working out, and catching up with friends.
H (F, 25): I work in music & politics. I’m from northern NJ and have lived in the city on and off since 2017. In my free time, I love going to shows, hanging out in nyc parks, exploring new areas, playing board games, and spending time with friends. I keep my living space clean and neat.
