Kellan - $850/month

I’m a 23-year-old trans guy. I’m looking to rent a room in/near Richardson. House preferred, apartment/townhome okay. Location MUST be west of 75, east of DNT, south of PGBT and north of 635.
I don’t mind living with any gender as long as they’re chill with LGBTQ+ folks. (I'd love to live with other LGBT+ people though.) I’m looking to room with non-smokers. My budget is around $850/month and I’m an easy keeper. Not sure how long I’ll stay, most likely 6-12 months. I’d prefer my own bathroom but am willing to share if necessary.

Finances: I work as a kennel technician and petsitter. Summer and holidays are peak income season for me but I have savings & income for the rest of the year also.

Lifestyle: I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs. I’m fairly introverted and can be shy at first. I do like having friends over to watch TV and talk and I would love if I could have them over from time to time (not overnight). My friends are also not partiers and would not be bringing any drugs or smoking in the home. I’m Christian and attend an Episcopal church. I generally want my place to be calm and quiet.

Tidiness/cleanliness: My own room is usually messy but I’m good at keeping common areas tidy. I make sure to clean up after myself (wipe counters down, look for spills/etc) and I don’t leave dishes in the sink. I know how to properly clean a bathroom.

Hobbies & Interests: I love being creative and making art in many forms, learning about history & anthropology, visiting museums, listening to rock music/going to concerts, and spending time with animals. I’m also into philosophy and theology. If you like personality tests: I’m an INFJ and a 4w5.
