Nick S - $800/month

Hello, my name is Nick Sheppard. I am 25y/o looking for a place as well as possibly willing to rent out the place that I currently live in. My lease here terminates at the end of August, however, I theoretically could leave here sooner. I am looking for a place with a budget of around $600-800 per month. I would love to live near the city but not directly in it; I could, however, be talked into something else. I moved here from California this past year and don’t know too many people in Portland; so I am certainly interested in getting to know others and willing to try out new things. I have been living this past year with some family members in South East Portland, however, they will be doing their own thing next year. I am currently working for Amazon so I am gone for most of the day, and otherwise, typically stick to myself. I am quite tidy and will most certainly take care of any mess that I make. My hobbies include vinyl collecting, golfing, hiking, camping, and general exploring.
